★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had given fasting blood sugar test sample through TATA 1mg on 21-Jan-2022 07:30 AM, by selecting this lab. There was no update of report from this lab as up to 22-Jan-2022 11:30 AM. After following up they had prepared a dummy/fabricated report and sent me.
For a small sum of 250/- rupees, they could have apologized and refunded, but with fabricated report they have lost their integrity.
Tata 1mg is also equally responsible for the mess and fabricated reporting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam! Had asked for 3 covid tests to be done, an agent came to take the test yesterday, the man who arrived wasn’t trained at all! He looked like an ordinary man and with no experience. He did the oral swab but it wasn’t at the back of the throat and as for the nose he put the cotton bud in one nostril and said only one is needed, he didn’t even put the bud deep into the nose. When confronted he claims to have done many tests before (I pity those people). He didn’t even dip the buds in a solution as others have done.
Due to the improper test, today all 3 tests have come back negative.
Luckily one family member did a 2nd test elsewhere which came back positive as it was done properly!
Pathetic service during a pandemic! This place needs to be shut down!! Will be filing a complaint as this is a serious matter!!
Edit: They have refunded us after complaining.
People should know -
When he entered the house he saw 1 person and kept demanding where are the other 2 people for the tests.
We obviously got all 3 people checked although we were pretty sure he was going to mess up the test results.
He was unhygienic, same gloves he was riding the bike with he was about to use while doing the tests. Had to tell him to change gloves.
When we asked for ID he didn’t have. Which lab is he connected with? He didn't know the name. He just replied, ask Sir (the person who sent him).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CTL lab is one of the best lab in the Navi Mumabi location. It gives quick and accurate result and provides discount as well on day wise. Very nice place for health check up and specially thanks to the home delivery service and the most appreciate person Vinod Amrale is one of the best employee in CTL lab.
