★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management and horrible staff it's been more than a month still i didn't got my security money, after staying for an year or so. This is how they treat their tenants. Side note to the reader don't trust them in prospect of money refunds, try settling the dispute on spot.

I was looking for a P.G for one of my colleague and they showed me a decent room and assured me that they will hold it till my colleague arrives, but when it happened they showed a very untidy and shady room.
Never take a P.G here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel and staff. Ventilation is an issue everyone facing but this is just a small issue. They do not give you a clean bedsheet every sheet was full of sperms even there was blood on the room they did not clean it. I complaint and got room but it was same in the other rooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear friends, Do not book this hotel as the lady staff at reception will waste your time and she don't have hotel owner number and she also do not have access to your booking made from any companies like Goibibo
They are having problem with updates on their email from company for which customer has to suffer. Completely avoid this hotel in all cases. I got my refund after lots of problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing from 5* to 2* because of poor food quality and all the amenities like fridge washing machines have been moved. Plus cleaning is also not proper now.

I have been staying here for last 3 months, so here is a list of pros and cons
PROS:
1. The place is tidy and the ambience is very good
2. It has all necessary amenities including lift
3. Food is very good compared to other PGs
4. Location is perfect, neither too crowded nor deserted. Access to metro station is easy, ₹10 and 10 mins will take you to metro station in sharing auto.
5. Rooms are very nicely maintained compared to other PGs I have visited
6. Price/Cost is comparatively better (₹7500 for double sharing & ₹13700 for single occupancy) than other PGs of same level
7. Single occupancy rooms have balconies
8. Terrace has a nice view
CONS:
1. Rooms have no windows an hence no ventilation whatsoever
2. Bathrooms are a bit small
3. Some of your complaints are addressed right away but some take time. Like I asked to change my TV and within few hours TV was changed. But I have been asking to fix a tap for 2 weeks but it hasn't been fixed yet.
4. You will have a bit of problem if you don't like potatoes, because you will have to eat potatoes atleast thrice a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms here are really good but the service that they provide never reach you in time. It takes them too long to respond to your problems. My tap and AC wasn't repaired and I had been complaining about the same for 3 months.
