This company is growing backwards. Earlier I reported about fraud sales partners while buying the product (see below). Now the customer care of the company is a single person army (Mr. X). 3 Customer care numbers are never picked up. If we call 10 times, if Mr. X is not in hospital, not sleeping, not in vacation, he might pickup. Just to be clear, he has told all these reasons to me. Even if he pick up customer complaints are totally unaddressed.
For the past few months, every month their Alexa/Google Assistant integration goes down for more than a week. No action is being taken, totally ignoring months long complaints. Absolute negligence and disrespect for customers.
No escalation numbers or matrix given at all. All one Mr. X.
Please avoid buying this product. After buying for almost 50K for a simple 3BHK, you are locked in and at the mercy of these totally unprofessional fraud people.
The fraud happened during sales is reported in my earlier comment below.
Fraud sales partners in Bangalore and pathetic support. I reported a problem in July 2018, while in warranty period and then pushed days without fixing it and when the warranty period was over, they just reported that and told cant fix the problem. The worst kind of fraud I have faced in customer service.
