Specially came for the class. Didn't let me use the facility. Swimming classes are better to strengthen your muscles and core

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must visit place if you have some fitness goals. different type of workouts are available here. Even the dance class os damn intense. I personally like Prowl, HIIT, dance and snc. you need yo pre book for attending a class. the trainers are fantastic and they have great knowledge about the correct posture of all the exercises they perform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a regular for 2 months. Great vibe, amazing instructors. Lost 4 kg and gained a lot of confidence in this short period. Especially recommended to those wanting to get back to fitness after a prolonged break. Also, parking never a concern. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The classes are a super stamina builder, exciting, engaging and motivational. The trainers are very good. The place is very accessible, and layout is spacious. The gym is equipped with good quality equipments, the bathrooms are very clean. Although the workout is in groups, trainers make sure to pay attention to each individual. I would personally recommend this to anyone who wants to build stamina, or manage weight in a super fun way.
