They are constantly upgrading and improving.
Rahul sir is very knowledgeable and he brings various experts on different topics to help people in the gym.
I will highly recommend Fitness Craze gym and the Cross-fit class at this gym.

β β β β β Very friendly environment, includes many workout batches like CrossFit batch , abs , kickboxing, cardio batch ,. Genuinely very effective , personally I've got very good experience increased my stamina strength and lot more . Also includes extra activity like trekking n all.
Trainers are also very supportive and keep everyone motivated during workout batches
