★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor Service. Be prepared to wait outside with ur dear ones
N bunch to suffer for 2 hrs atleast. Have nothing to share about. Speechless. Wrong printed report. Though I got a call in between the doctor appointment but vey shocked to hear that I got the wrong report after 3 hrs. God bless All! By the way Very expensive too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is popular, but they charge an extremely high price because of commission arrangements with most of the doctors. The shameless doctors also don't bother to take the lab name even if the patient is paying higher and getting late report. Their turn around time is extremely high. Seems they've only lab in Cuttack but they collect samples from all over Orissa and keep patients waiting indefinitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we talk its service is best (computerized receipt, message to mobile after report ready etc), but we talk about its testing report its very pathetic, they fully cheating innocent people, my experience was on.... last days i was do the blood test (lipid profile), when the report came i socked & show to my doctor, doctor also socked & suggest for to contact a cardio doctor, but i am not ready to accept the report easily, then next day i do the same test from another lab & the result found everything normal (20-30point differ from cure well), now day the cure well so popularity so they do nothing simply copy & paste on report, so my suggestion if u have any doubt with report then do the same test from another lab.
For Cure Well Management- Please don't cheat faith of the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself Sagar Puhan, here to inform to the public that Cure well cuttack gave me a false report of positive hepatitis C as HCVAb reactive of 1.4 on 10.09.2020. By taking serious about this report I and my family went to Apollo hospital bbsr to see hepatologist (gastroenterologist) there. After knowing about thses deadly disease, I went to depression and the doctor adviced us for further costly tests such as Alpha fetoprotein serum, hepatitis C virus RNA Quantitative, hepatitis C virus RNA genotype and fibroscan of liver. I have done these tests in SRL, bbsr and my blood sample was forwarded to Mumbai on 12.09.2020. Finally on 20.09.2020 I want to know that all report are normal and negetiv. Then after doubt of my first report from cure well, I again tested for hepatitis C in SRL which was found non reactive.. I don't have any word to say about the careless and such a big mistake of curewell for which I was in depression and felling sucidial attack every moment and taking sleeping tablet for sleep... So, I request to cure well be serious about it and don't make any further mistake to anyone... I have mailed to cure well with all documents but didn't get any replay yet...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever Service in the whole city.They will make you wait for hours and hours..and staffs are not professional at all.If u are going there, keep in mind that it's waste of time of course..you should contact other labs for better service. GOOD LUCK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of 5 samples collected at their collection office 1 report is worng
Total platelet count as per their report is 20000 for a dengue patient but same test done at 2 other sites (Dr Lal Pathlabs & Care Lab) showed platelet count to be more than 1,25,000.
Patient needed to be admitted to hospital due to error in report.
When asked for the reason of such report no response from Cure Well Laboratory.
With error % as high as 20% should this lab be NABL Accredited.
Main MD for Path & Bact not present.
