While lock down is imposed, on Saturday, 11 April they confirmed appointment over the call for Tuesday, 14 April at 12:30 PM. With great difficulties we somehow reached their clinic. To our disguise clinic wasn't open. When tried calling Dr. Walia's number, it was switched off. Pathetic and irresponsible behavior shows what sort of care they give. Met another patient who travelled all the way from trans yamuna and was very upset due to same reason. Zero pprofessionalism....
