β β β β β Worst ever experience I had, kind of parchun dukaan, they are not professional, I don't know how they get certified for running a professional company. Management are total useless, if zero would be the option, I would definitely give the zero star review.

β β β β β I called these guys because we needed a physiotherapist for our father. The guy who spoke to me doesn't know much about physiotherapy I believe. I clearly told him that we need only muscle strengthening exercises. He told me that his 'senior' physio will come with ' TENSE' machine. When I asked him what that machine does he was reluctant to explain it and told me to search it on the internet.
I would like to tell everyone who's reading this review that TENSE machine is used for nerve stimulation that helps in pain management. It is not a muscle strengthening machine.
So a big thumbs down for this service provider. My suggestion to curodoc is Please learn the basics of your trade before you end up harming someone...And by the way I'm sure u didn't know that you were talking to someone who works in the same field.. surprise!!
