★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic experience with them. I tell the story, my washing machine is not working could be fuse issue. I search on google nearby whirlpool washing machine repair service then I got toll free number of this farji group.I called then a lady ask which company of washing machine you have I told whirlpool and she said we are authorized service center of whirlpool. And she fix the appointment with engineer and told the visit charge of 350₹.After a day two boys came and check the washing machine a and told your PCB panel has some problem I will take along with me and repair it. And he told the total repair charge of 3000. So I was OK with that I paid 350₹ visiting charge and advance of 2000₹ for the repair of PCB of washing machine.After a day the guy called me and told me the PCB will not be repair you should buy a new PCB with the cost of 6000₹. Then that time I told him I didn't buy new please return my old PCB I will repair from some other place. He told OK I will return it next day. But the guy never came and after too many calls he block my number and also the company owner never received calls and changed number.Totally Froude this company and site. Never call on this number to take any services. He saale sab choor hai bahan ke la**re. F**k this type of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impolite staff and they charged me ₹ 5800 for part costing ₹ 1450, shame ! Be aware ! This people loot from their customers. In addition they charge ₹ 350 for visit , very high amount for untrained and unprofessional technicians, Also they steal parts from your appliances.
