★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this salon for highlights. They convinced me for the colour I never wanted on my hair. When I asked about another colour they told me it wouldn't look good. I agreed but guess what it turned out worst. My hair looked dry & damaged. I think they've used expiry product on my hair. Please check expiry date of the product before they use that colour on your hair. I wasted my hard earned money. I will never suggest anybody to go there for highlights. The colour on my hair look like I'm chhapri. Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here - treating and pampering my hair, Ms. Anjali the manager, Mr. Christopher and Mr. Deepak made sure our hair got what it needed, with all the suggestions and patience it was really a great service. Two of us had frizzy hair so we took keratin treatment and got hair colour done. It was totally worth it. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They will literally loot you if you don't comply with their suggestions on what treatment and color you should try on your hair. They'll not tell you about extra charges before you have taken their services even if you ask and emphasize on charges beforehand, they will charge you extra on everything once you're done with their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I visited the place, the service was brilliant, and the person who trimmed my beard did a great job and took proper time in doing so. He even used lotion to clean my face after the trim and ended with aftershave.
Convinced with the amazing service I brought their membership.
However today, on my second visit I took a haircut and a beard trim. I asked for an inch of my hair to be trimmed, however the stylist went on to cut my hair as per his own will and I got something I hadn't asked for(on his will cut my hair shorter than I had asked for). Secondly the stylist was in some kind of a hurry neither did he apply lotion to my face after the trim nor the aftershave. Literally he finished off trimming my hair and beard quicker than what the stylist I got on my first visit took to do just a beard trim. All he wanted to do was to convince me to get a keratin treatment done.
Like seriously first do the job you're asked to do correctly so that the customer returns for more services on his own, rather forcing them to take services.
In my opinion some of their staff is professional, but some(at least the stylist i got today) are really unprofessional.
I'm left with a hairstyle I hadn't asked for.
I'm questioning my decision of taking their membership now.
