★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a free hair massage got from nykaa. And there they offered me hair rebounding stating that they are running a discount in which in 8000/- advance and told them i will get the rebounding done any time in June14. I paid the money through cc.
My husband surfed google came to know they are running a deal on dealsnyou since march and the rebounding for any lenght is just for 3000/-. When I called they refused. And on my constant calling the so called operation head agreed upon 3000/- but refused to refund the balance amt. She said you can avail the services any time in six months for the amt.
When I reached their office she did not even bothered to treat us a customer. She asked us to go out as she wanted to speak to her staff. And on the other hand they changed the Invoice and overighted from rebounding to smoothening and stated that this is what I had agreed upon. Though I had the priginal Invoice stating Rebounding.
The So called Operations Manager is a fraud. And also you should opt for a better saloon that this fraud company.
