★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank Arun Singh for the wonderful service he provided. I visited the salon for hair treatment, I was extremely happy with the service (trust me it was much better than my experience at Geetanjali)
Best about Arun is, he ensures to give the best quality service which will give excellent results. Customer service is his top most priority and he goes extra miles and puts extra efforts to achieve it. He is not only good at his service but also very humble and polite by his attitude.
Just beacuse of his efforts and good service I took membership of 10k with cut n style.
I strongly recommend to visit this branch ild gurgaon.
Also, I want to thank all other staff members for wonderful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be good before the 2nd lockdown none of the machines worked and just got the worst haircut possible and the guy was not even admitting his mistake and moreover arguing about it. Worst experience ever after lockdown. Need to look into the quality of barbers hired after the shutdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have different rates for different customers. The staff handling billing system is not professional and even after having membership they don't provide any offers on their services. Had very bad experience with them related to their billing and charges.

While doing threading she made so many cuts on my wife’s face and then argued that it was my wife’s fault that the staff was asked to do threading at the places where cuts were made. Then she puts her finger (no gloves) on my wife’s cuts which is so unhygienic and cannot be explained in words. The receptionist was least bothered when the feedback was given. During COVID times, the receptionist was busy coughing while wearing mask at her chin. Given this, it’s better to opt urban clap which is much more hygienic.
