★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying clothes from this shop since more than 2 years now. Recently, I bought 3 tops from them out of which I wanted to exchange 1 top the very next day. The owner was too rude and did not agree to exchange since I had purchased the top after trial (which is nowhere mentioned in the shop except the bill which you get only after paying the amount). So, as per the owner, I should have known the "nowhere written" rules of exchange. After a lot of argument, he somehow agreed and asked us to come the next day for exchange. When we further asked him to get it done then itself and that we could not come the next day just for this exchange from home, he again started arguing stating "everything cannot be as per your terms and conditions and you should consider our terms too". Finally after a lot of arguments, he agreed to exchange the top. I'm never going to buy anything from this shop hereafter. These guys don't know how to treat even a regular customer. Too bad! ?
