No lift , no parking , no chair for visitors , no modern toilets .... what they questions and underlying defaults in placed building plan seems matter of laugh as they themselves are not following set building by laws ...

The only thing which I did not like was the infrastructure. It is an old dilapidated building. There is no lift. I would not recommend elderly people with arthritis or similar ailments to visit this place. Everything is still manual. IMHO, CDA needs to automate the entire process as soon as possible.
