★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited recently in the month of September. This station is very clean in this corona pandemic. Here you get everything like other developed railway station (ie first class, second class waiting room). You will get dinner, breakfast and lunch at the station itself. Also, when you exit from gate number 2, there is a market in front of you. Where you will find everything you need. But like the rest of the station, here too you may have to pay more for some things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is platform no1. It is nearest to the enquiry and ticket counter and reservation counter. It has drinking water facility durbitary facility, book store, food store. It is used for down trains means to Kharagpur. Station is clean and well maintained.
