★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its okay type of pg, initial period it's look good then you will come to know the actual reality.
Tenants are been ignore by landlord once they move in property and paid the full amount.
No supporting staff, for light, wifi, tv, cable, lift you have to call at your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pg i ever stayed in. It is better to live on a footpath. They give food in a stalls near to which they tied a allergic dog. Beds are having insects and bugs. Views are not personal but based on the service they provided.

Everything is too messy in this Pg. For a single service we have to repeat the things a number of times.
Poor maintenance.
And the electricity meter readings runs like an unstoppable clock.
Even if we are using LED light and fan then also we are getting 3-4 units a day. That costs around 30-40 Rs in a single day for electricity. Disgusting!!
I would never suggest anyone to prefer this Pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst PG in this area. They don't know about hygiene and maintenance. You will get fed up after 1 month.
They don't take action against their mistake. We found worms in our food even worms in RO water. You will see cockroaches in rooms.
The owner and caretakers are rude. Meters are running fast even after you are using only a fan. You will get 2-3 units per day for using only the fan. Lift is broken all the time. A power cut is common in this area. Think more before booking a room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pg ever... Spicy food is served so that people eat less and which automatically profits them. Living worms were roaming in water and food of the pg. Even after constant reminding neither room is cleaned nor RO filter was changed. I got stomach infection by drinking water containing worm. Even after complaining they no hygiene is maintained. Cockroaches are 24/7 partners in kitchen and wardrobe.
Will not suggest anyone to ever stay here even for a day.

I am living in this pg, maintenance is the worst. Know few good words before shifting here :
1. Food is not good, you will get spice food so that you will eat less.
2. Recently we found worms in their food. And they are like - oh, okay.
3. Even if you store their RO water you will get to notice worms in the water. After two months of seeing this and testing like tap water, they did service their RO.
4. If you use an AC refrigerator fan lights daily you will get 5000+ electricity bills every month, they charge 1 unite - 10 rupees.
5. You have to remind the staff every week for room cleaning. They will say their boy clean rooms 2 times in one week that's not true.
6. You will get cockroaches as a roommate.
7. Their lift is broken.
8. Owner and the staff are very rude. It's like if you complain about the facilities they behave nothing is happening. You don't like the pg just leave the pg, don't complain.
And if you give notice for leaving the pg, they will say you are leaving, so we don't have time to listen to your complaint.
