★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really feeling proud and overwhelmed to the service provided by Cyber Cell, Chandannagar Commissionerate and that too within assured stipulated timeline. Hope this service will be carried by the department with highest level of sincerity and help millions of citizens. I would like to highlight the horrible online fraud, had been taken place with my SBI SB account. An amount of Rs. 50k had been removed from my account by 7 transactions within a span of approx 5mins. Being an advocate also, I was just shocked and couldn't believe my eyes. All of my friends colleagues were discouraging myself about refund of the frauded money. Even I was misbehaved by my bank about the case.
Finally I was reffered to this department by Uttarpara PS (OC ) and the total money has been rescued.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Utpal Kumar Saha, OC - Uttarpara PS and total team, engaged in the operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my mobile phone on 15.04.2019 somewhere near my residence at Serampore and lodged a GD with Serampore PS on 16.04.2019 with a request to kindly arrange to recover the same. Having received a telephonic message from the Cyber Crime Cell of Chandannagar Police Commissionerate on 05.09.2019 that my mobile phone has since been recovered, I visited the said Cyber Crime Cell at Chinsurah on 07.09.2029, when my lost mobile phone was returned to me.
I am very much satisfied with the services rendered to me by the Police department. The dealings of the concerned officer, Shri Utpal Saha, who handed over the phone to me is really commendable. My sincere thanks to our Police Deptt. My rating on their overall services in the instant case is 10 on 10.
