They themselves say they cannot go to catch ppl doing cyber crime as they r also human and can't hear the abusive language from these cyber criminals.
Registration of complaints are done just for aggrieved satisfaction.
I don't understand if they can't do anything then fr what purpose they sitting there and from whom can we citizens expect an action against the cyber criminals for a safe cyber environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's say a person is being extorted in the middle of the night and he approaches you for help and he is being told to wait till next morning and his call is being cut in middle of the complaint while he has no clue what to do.
Really pathetic service. What's the point to setting this department up

1. ASI, Kundan i met who was In-charge of my case. nice person, a good listener, proactive in taking actions.
2. Area is clean, was never seen/went to any CYBER POLICE STATION. happy to have such good architecture in Gurgaon which is the major place for Fraudsters to perform Cyber crimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super useless people, they don't really care what happens, totally ignorant and egoistic police. I dont believe staff even know anything. Shame on these people. Actually they can help if they are willing to but they don't really care.
