I have ordered 2 bikes however, received low quality products. It has the following defects:
1. The original product selected was with three shades, however, received two shades product
2. The gear wheel came broken, have to got it changed at an additional cost of rs 1500/-
3. Not a great finish. One can easily feel that the products used or the paints done are of inferior quality.
The response from the vendor is abrupt. Have to do multiple follow ups for delivery. No revert on the damaged parts
