★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a very good experience while buying the cycle. afterwards it was just horrible. they told me to get the cycle serviced after three months. but i went thrice to them and they returned me back stating one or the other excuse. afterwards they said that since three months have passed it will be a paid servicing. i said that i have come thrice before but then also they said that according to company policy, i have to pay. i fianlly agreed since it was a costly cycle. then he started doing some jiggery puggery with the cycle. after an hour he said that servicing is complete. and asked for 800 Rs. I asked what all he has done to which he replied with something. i asked it should not cost that much as even motorcycle service does not cost that much. we got into an argument wherein all shop people aggregated and started threatening me. finally i had to relent and pay him the money. but I have learnt my lesson. and will never go to him again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience to buy but the worst ever support after that. This is the worst place to buy a bike. Better go to Indore and buy but not from here, because you will find it difficult to get any service out of them once you buy the bike. Good at just speaking but opposite in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is a policy in which they say after the purchasing of the bicycle they will give a free service but when I went there after 3 months they said this service will cost 300 INR and the brake shoe will cost 150 INR so I said that the service will be free but they said no your bicycle's condition is very bad even my bicycle's condition was very good after a little argue my dad accepted to give money

1.oiling
2.servicing
3.back wheel shoe brake(power brake)
Now the servicing is done I had a test ride that everything is done or not I checked 3 of the works but my mistake I checked only those sites but these cycle world staff replaced the back brake shoe but the removed and inserted a worst brake shoe in my front,my front brake shoe was accurate but then also they did it because it was new and seem like unused brake shoe. So I kindly say that after service from cycle world check every small or big part because cycle world waale bhot hera pheri krte hain????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An extremely bad experience. I bought a cycle from them and also had given my second cycle for service. They took ₹1200 for servicing the cycle and kept it for almost a week without doing anything and kept telling they are busy. After pressurising them they gave it after 10 days and confirmed me that it was fully done. I send a rikshaw and collected it and once it reached home it was horrendous to find they had not done any service or repair.. even the displace seats were not even touched. I contacted them. There reply was they had done everything and now since I had collected it they are not responsible. If I send it again they will charge me for fresh servicing.
Then came the story of new cycle. When I bought the cycle they offered me that they will do the first servicing of the cycle free of cost and all those misalignment of gears or anything which I observed over a month will be rectified. They told that as they sell 50 odd cycles a day when they assemble the cycle for sale/ delivery they are in a hurry and slight misalignment are ought to happen which will be rectified in the free service. But when after a months time when I contacted them for the same , initially they rejected any such offer. Later when I spoke to the manager there he unwillingly agreed but told it will take 3-4 days. However I told them to give it back in two days to which he agreed to. But after two days when I collected it back it was the same story. Nothing was done.
