★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience with them. I purchased my curtains from D'Decor. They guided us very well about fabric, stitching etc. I agree it is a little expensive but it comes with a brand name and quality.
The owner and staff are very co-operative and patient. I am looking forwards to shop more from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A total waste of time ! Their attitude towards the client is very indifferent and unprofessional. Found the executive - Sanjeev to be extremely rude and off putting . There are far better options out in the market . Why open a store when you can’t show your wares to the clients ! Disappointing to say the least .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates are too high. Staff intentionally shows things of higher cost even when given a range of cost. Plus, when already told that we need a quotation including the panel cost of curtains, he didn't include. And later said panel for curtain is 300/ feet. If u want to take it, then take it else we will give u curtains only. Disgusting..never consider it as one stop shop for curtains and furnishing.

They provided the final quote and we did the half payment and when they came to install the curtains we paid the remaining amount and explicitly asked about the price. Then after an hour we started getting calls of amount remaining to be paid around 350 Rs per curtain stating that they have miscalculated it in the bill even thought bill explicitly mentioned the total and balanced amount left.
Don't fell in their trap, thoroughly get price noted down otherwise they will keep calling you and charging you for unnecessary reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff. I had to beg for measurement of curtains for more than a week but no one turned up. Totally unprofessional staff including Sales staff Mr Pawan and customer care person who answers the call. I wasted my 10 days waiting for measurement and 3 hours selecting curtain.
