A performance driven company which rewards the people who add value to the business objectives. As long as one can take the accountability of their own KRAs nothing will go wrong with him or her.
Agency was established more than 16 years ago, same promoters are still running the company, this says a lot about the company and the people associated, a lot of vintage employees still a part of the team.
Strategic departmentalisation ensures smooth flow of business operations making everyone’s life easy.
Projects undertaken by the company gives one immense potential to upgrade their skill set, this is the advantage one has working with a medium sized agency.
Overall good vibes run across the team, IPLs and League matches are the festivals celebrated here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience working with Crystal Logic, and I will definitely use them in the future. The blog they built for me looks amazing, and I am delighted with the result. They were able to incorporate some complex visual effects on the website, to make it look extra speical.
Special mention goes to Alkesh and Ravi, who are the people I interacted with the most. Alkesh is the project manager, and I spent a lot of time with him, covering the details of the blog. Ravi is one of the directors, and deals with many of the big picture items.
The most important thing for me is that these guys are creative and collabarative. They were willing to spend time with me, and come up with a solution that was right for me and my blog.
If you are looking for a website that is unique, and doesn't follow the standard templates, then these guys are an excellent choice.
