The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. I know Dinesh(gym owner) from past 3 years, ask for gym knowlodege and training support and his staff get it done! No matter if your goal is to simply stay fit during vacation or to train like a hardcore athlete, D Fitness First has what you're looking for.

The equipment is new and clean. the trainer is very, very good and gives you personal attention despite the gym often being crowded. This place is definitely value for money!
