★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased One centre table from Raja Puri, Darakhta, Mr. Shailesh was the sales person there , whose behavior was good before sale,
But when we received the Table at our home, found it UN-even ,immediately inform Mr. Shailesh about this then he also generously replied we’ll replace it .When we reached at their Rajapuri showroom to choose the new pc , then Mr. Shailesh without visiting my home , without knowing my floor level. He started saying us that you can take whichever table that will definitely have the same uneven problem bcj your floor(which he never visited) is uneven.
Then we told him no it’s not necessary that every pc of Table will be uneven without inspecting the site. Then immediately that Gentleman rudely replied now we will not replace it either it will be repaired or will get it back and return your money.
Can anyone tell me what is this behavior of a sales guy to treat their client in such a rude way... It’s really worst experience we ever had .
So Darkhat you cannot be bigger than the client ... Mr. Shailesh your attitude , your behavior, the way you treat your client shows how you respect your Brand as well as your clients.
It’s really really pathetic experience with Mr. Shailesh and Darkhat.

Although limited but sufficient variety available. Furniture can be ordered for fabrication as per choice.

Though probably not for everyone since there is a certain old heavy wood theme and select quantity of pieces.
But some of the pieces are marvellous in design, build and quality.
