★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a one size small helmet. He agreed to replace and called me, in 47°C temperature. I went 38 kilometres for this. The big man said that there was no stock, after confirming this just 2 hours ago! He doesn't value anyone else's time or energy. Sorry to be writing this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ two stars only for the abhinav bhai. That old man who stays on shop from 11am to 2pm is so rude. He doesn't know how to talk or how to treat customer nicely. I was trying to call someone and he said don't take pictures of helmet. Its a helmet shop not the jewellery shop. Definitely the cheapest rate shop of Karol Bagh but that old man behavior is so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a SMK GL231 Twister TWILIGHT Graphics Pinlock Fitted Full Face Helmet With Clear Visor on - - - - - - - - from dk jain and sons (amazon). The helmet which was priced at 4300 rs at the time of booking was delivered to me on 6/12/2019..
Going by the reputation of amazon I expected to get the helmet in perfect condition and in very good quality, but when I opened the box I was utterly disappointed and shocked. The so called helmet was in terrible condition, it did not even have a shield, and it was engulfed in dust and looked at least a couple of years old.
This incident has absolutely shattered my trust in amazon and I feel cheated and disrespected. From now on I would think a thousand times over before I order anything from your app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually visited here after watching YouTube videos, but this place was not cheaper then other and there was no variety available.
Then went to chopra helmets #1 helmet shop in delhi, it was way cheaper than D.K Jain and Sons and variety was beyond.
I purchased HJC CL17 at very low price and it's Snell approved too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there after watched youtube video and buy a helmet that time they were very sweet. But Very bad and rude behavior after sales service.
They Never keep their words so don't trust on them give some extra bugs and get good service anywhere. So try somewhere else. Old man (owner) is get hyper very early and use abusive language also ..... so stay away from these people.
