★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many of the employees are careless , rude and non-cooperative especially the 13th no. Postman whose name is Azad. He took the letter to the wrong address and never called me(I got a call from the owner of that wrong address who was fired on me and was abusing me) when I called him he was talking very rudly and was saying ' mera dimaag mat kharaab karo ' and that day I waited over and hour to receive my letter at the post office .someone who have the power to do something about this , I kindly request you that at least let them know about themselves that how non-deserving they are for this job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very bad sevice in pan India that is DK mohan garden post office. Never delivered any items in address, always shows No such person in address while check through tracking I'd.very disappointed with the service. I m 100% sure they never visited any related address of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saying door locked(btw i was home all day). Their phone number is also not working. Called toll free number but they are also saying that it shows oyt for delivery on our systems. Just wait and if he doesn't show up go to the office next day. If you want us to get it from the post office, just inform me via a call or SMS that you can collect your Item from the S.O. itself. But this type of behavior is not acceptable.
Really saying, a very bad experience with this region.
Edit - The next day when i was almost ready to go to their post office, postman delivered it to my home. When asked about the Door locked situation, he said that we give that reason to hold the parcel in their office and deliver it the next day.
Let's just say that fix the phone number and then it would be fine.
Postman's behaviour was very good that's why i am giving 4 stars.
At the very least thank you for delivering the package to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic they hold my parcel from past 2 days, Saying just door was looked but i was in my home. I need my parcel badly. It's very urgent to me. And they are playing with me. If you can't deliver it let me know where to come to pick up my parcel. Its really very urgent to me. That's why people saying private companies are much better than these Government offices. It is just a parcel for you but not for us. Pls deliver it. I need it by 11 may 2022 at any cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post office on main najafgarh road, easy to locate, place is to crowded as compared to staff there, only 3 counter on ground floor , one for deposit and withdrawal second for pass book printing third for speed post and parcel
The post office delivery is on 1st floor, also people can also update there aadhar too, most of the time server is always down (like typical government offices) but staff is good specially counter staff is very cooperative. Parking is on road but not for four wheeler.
