I had one of the most worst experience with DK Travel. Few days back me n my three frnds made a plan to visit himachal , as i requested to allow me to drink n smoke in car they gave me one sardarji driver who r against the smoke, but he was ok with drink. Instantly we ask to change our driver n they did the same n they gave us another car with diffrent driver his name was RANJIT , when we enter in his car the first question we ask him "brother we will smoke n drink in car " and he said its ok i dont have any problm. For first 6 hour during night time we played high volume music with smoke n drink but he did not said anythiny to us, we thought he is cmfrtable with us but b4 kasol or desitantion he park his car on road site n he said gues plz dont make the volume high n dont talk to much which we accept n we did not repeat on entire. visit. On our entire visit we paid for him for everything which was not including in our package , but as a humanity we did not ask him for money for his all the expenditure. But at the time of coming back to delhi he park his car on side n ask us to balance rs 4k , our package was arround 14k out of this 10k we already paid in between to him for fuel n all. When he ask for his balance 6 hrs prior to our destination we all were shocked n we asked him Y u need ur balance now we will give when we will reach to our drop point, he denied us n start arguing n fighting for his money that give me my remaing money else i will drop u there only. Same time we contact to travel company the mr deepak told him to drop us on decided droping point, but in between he stop the car thrice n asked for balance, Arround 8 km prior he stop his car againg n asked d same thing , we all got frestated n come out from the car n took the auto n left his car. We did wrong but the way he was talking to us was unexpected. It was really worst experience i had with "DK Travel "and i request to all my friend choose another travel agency to plan your vacation if you want to enjoy your quality time which comes once in a year ..!!
