Front desk and the defect fixing room/lab room gave a clear cut answer to the issue at hand....
I had to wait for about 20mins for my turn and about 5 mins for the issue resolution.
Though this is the only service centre as of now in Bangalore...but would definitely recommend it...
Happy with the services provided on the 3rd March 2018...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate service quality. My D link router got fixed less than 5 minutes and the issue was clearly informed my the technician. Staffs were polite and gentle.
It's at 4th Floor, the address mentioned is correct. Kindly note, it's difficult to get parking in this area. Bike can be parked though it's tough to find a place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a service centre but a collection point. Items are collected and sent to E-City factory for which Rs 300 is charged which is not refundable. It is a scam. and no accountability for our money. The equipment may or may not be fixed. But those charges are extra. Avoid this agony. Better avoid DigiSol products.
