★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good experience in Andheri Dmart big and huge place as compare to other Dmart Store nearby andheri station 5min walking good connectivity from highway too overall you will get everything for grocery shopping proper parking and even hygienic have taken care good security and even staff are quick at billing counter you can consider for grocery shopping .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to shop for multiple items at one place some good offers,but unfortunately bad experience with the staff behaviour The staff wears a jacket which says ," happy to assist you" or May I help you "but the staff is completely opposite.A small incident was searching for a pair of floaters a specific size was not able to find in the crowded rack asked a female attendant on the same area to help me out for the same , she bluntly says size not available ,on the other hand I tried searching the same one more time I found it .
Sad experience , that staff should be put on the door entrance as a security staff as I found the security staff more courteous and helpful they shud be give a chance to upgrade
Training and coaching is really need of the hour to the staff for a better experience to customers. Suggest to give jobs to those who do justice to theirs jobs and dedicated rather than to those who just coming n going just filling present days on duty .
Also there are cashiers who are rude n need training too
Suggest the management to kindly look into the same and avoid customers having bad experience as we been customers almost for a decade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for shopping. You'll get a maximum discount on products such as glossary, clothing, electronics, kids toys and School kit. Excellent services with very reasonable prices. The D-Mart staff is helpful towards the customers' needs. The store has a Good inventory of items with good parking and an ice cream counter outside to boot. Convenient place to get everyday needs.
The Parking is available for cars and bikes and the place is wheelchair accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst fish market type feel. Despite of the staff announcing wear a mask, no one listens neither does the staff bother to tell their customers. Goods are just dumped on racks, so disorganised. Long billing lines. Avoid if possible and just order online. More staff than customers in the store. Shoaib Ansari s the manager, rude, inefficient, unavailable most of the time and has no solution. So shameless that he said that I don’t care what you write in your feedback and back answered saying I am going to resign today, any way I don’t like my job. Is this how a manager speaks? No manners whatsoever
