★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't allow parking outside officially they are not allowed to put no parking board on public road and in car park they say parking at owners risk.I prefer online better.As they have door to door service.no one has time to argue with security out there.poor experiance on my first visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a boon for Navsarians to have the services and facilities to shop at a now well-established shopping outlet of D'Mart !
Location wise, it's (currently) well placed with less traffic flow.
Basement car park facility is a welcoming opportunity for shoppers. Lift availability direct from basement to the shopping floor is appreciated.
Trolleys are in good condition and properly stored for use by shoppers.
Security is normal.
No face mask requirement currently. This goes for all their employees who keep it fixed under their chin.
Spacious, well-lighted, clean floor greets the shopper. Items are well-displayed on shelves. Internal lift to commute to the clothes section is a welcoming sight.
Floor employees are not focused or disciplined. One sees them bunched up in pairs and at certain places in fours. Too much of personal talking and using of mobile, though, when assistance required, it's always offered.
Clothes section is unruly so too are certain shelves in the utensils and home appliances section.
This is due to the customers who have the habit to 'open' and 'see' what's inside and then just leave it as it is !
Floor supervisor and workers would be spared keeping on repacking IF management could keep one piece open as display. Monitoring and politely educating shoppers would help man-management.
A seperate room near the ice cream freezers for non-veg items (tin stuff and frozen items) needs to be considered........it will help non-veg shoppers and also respect the sentiments of those who would feel offended by non-veg display.
Admin and management to 'consider'.
Basement car park is dusty. Sometimes yellow parking guide lines are obscured.
Product in large open wooden boxes contain grains are unhygenic as one sees every other shopper digging their hands inside, raising the product to their nose, smelling and then throwing it back inside.
A sample box could help and a Board at this grain section requesting shoppers to 'refrain' from this unhealthy habit could make shopping a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DMart have their own impression of how they treat customers and how they display the products. In this store near each and every item related to household purposes are present. On the first floor they have an apparel and footwear section which carries clothes for any age of person. There are multiple cash counters which help customers to not wait for long queues to generate their bills. For the users who plan to fill all items once in a month for them this is the best place to shop.

Very good grocery store started in the area, people coming from Navsari and nearby villages are taking benefits of shopping and taking advantage of various schemes and discounts given. The products are fresh and ample space so all could purchase their day to day needs.Parking place is ample and cash counters and billing also at various places so no crowd.
