★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was nervous coming to new salon, but manish listened to what I wanted and did a great job, am very pleased. he was very friendly, gave good advice and I liked that he did the whole experience from shampooing to finish.
Very relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, very unhygienic, arrogant owner, even with 45 degrees no AC.
The owner shouted at me when I came here to get my make up done, I just simply asked her to put blush which her attendant had forgotten to put on me, she yelled at me saying “khareed nhi rakha hai tumne mujhe”. I had to take the appointment for just a pedicure 5 time before I was actually lucky enough to get. They use used towels, it was Dirty and disgusting .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couple of issues, the main one to startwith, the hair cut service itself was far below the mark, i got bad red scratches in my upper neck area because the person who was doing hair cut did not use any lotion or hair softerner before using the razor. Roughly used razor which scratched my skin and took 3 days to be back to normal. Other challenges are like not worth the money they price their service. People may only go their using the coupons. Place was easily locatable through the map and may be that was the most advantage about this place. There was foul smell in the saloon, may be because it is located in basement. Overall, not worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best salon ever! It's been 3 years that I am visiting this place. Whether it is family function or occassion at friend's place, this place is my favourite for any beauty makeover. The owner Ms. Daksha is cooperative enough to adjust any appointments and the staff is equally efficient to handle the clients. Trained, polite and understanding staff. The prices are reasonable enough for anyone. Extremely affordable without compromising on the quality of services as well as products. Manish is my favourite and the best hairdresser here♥️♥️♥️ and Nisha di ♥️ is an amazing makeup artist. I bet you that if you visit this place once, you will come here over and over again! Must visit once. Well done Daksha! You are doing a great job! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely atmosphere in the salon and everyone was smiley and friendly. daksha mam was absolutely amazing. She sat with me and talked about exactly what I wanted. Really lovely and chatty. Made me feel really comfortable. Loved the complimentary hand and arm massage!! That really made it 5*. Thanks for a lovely experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Hygienic Salon with good staff working with genuine equipments ... Products used are of good quality with decently priced packages / services provided. Hair Dressers are well trained and do the styling just like what customer expects in the end. Good to have such a Salon nearby your residence. I would highly recommend it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular customer to this salon but stopped visiting the salon after bad service .
In a nutshell I have 2 complaints from owner of the D unisex salon
1. I booked the parlour for make up of 3 ladies for a wedding . The owner gave the most pathetic make up to all the three ladies . She doesnt know a bit about make up, she has just bought some cosmetics products that she applies them like a naive. Looks she gave were pathetic.
2. On my second visit I took following services- body waxing , B-wax , body bleach and polishing among others.
Products used for bleach and polishing were not upto the mark. I saw no effects of bleach and polish . I checked it with my friends they too confirmed there were no effects of bleach.
2.2 Not just that.. the owner charged me three times for waxing . She called it corona time charges. I understand corona impact but three times the regular price . I gave 2400 rs for Bwax rica which is otherwise just rs 800 . I had already taken the service so didnt had the choice but to pay the adamant owner . She might have earned the profit but she lost a regular client that day. Not a good business sense it seems.
With all being said - I must say I had trouble only with the unprofessional owner but her staff was really good in pre-corona times.
