★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 4 days my internet is not working. After several follow ups each day, still there is no internet. Very very very poor service. The local technician doesn't pick up calls since 4 days. Helpline no. Always say ..the problem will be resolved today. But still after 4 days no internet. The worst internet service provider in Kalwa, Thane and Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider don't even think of opting for them. they don't have tools to fix anything but always have some lame reason. If it is the last option for you then also don't even think of opting for them its better to use your phones hotspot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst ISP in Mumbai. Support staff closes ticket without resolving them and without customer notification or consent. They charge for wire while shifting from one place to other , which is not at all charged by any other ISP. The local staff is allowed to close the issues faced by customers without even contacting them once. Overall, a big big big no to ION services and not at all recommended.

Guys don't even give it a second thought.......fedup with frequent WiFi issue's (everyday internet disconnects atleast 10-12 times)..... whenever you call at their office at latif park in Mira road(.sir kaam chalu hai,sir wire toot Gaya hai....).se nonsense everytime..I would rate ION (-5 star).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet is down every 10 days. It takes more than 5 hours every time to fix the issues. If internet gets down after 8 pm, no support will be there until morning and then it will take until afternoon to get the internet up again.
Plans are cheap and speed is good. But poor support and service quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If possible I'd give negative star. Every 10 days internet goes off. After complain executive visits 2-3 days later. Once i had to see office to get executive Home. Still he didn't come.
While taking connection executive who came home said we're best service providers. This is best?
I Guess this is scam in the name of fiber optics. I am filing complain against this company at Maharashtra consumer complaint authority. Also, a case at consumer court for being ignorant and fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended ever, every day they have new issue and line is down, they don't even knowledge how to solve customer query & what is the exact problem and solution. Never answering the call, once you paid your plan subscription amount then they are not interested to solve your problem.
