My major issue is with the transportation system. The school is not at all corporative towards a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with the online classes in the past two years , but ever since the school has reopened for the students, the school transportation has become a big headache for myself and my husband. We have been sharing our concerns with the school but no action is taken by the school. The parents are left helpless at the mercy of the school. We are stuck as the fee is already paid in full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The school curriculum is excellent, however because D Y Patil Dnyanshanti is a new school, the administration is inexperienced. Transportation, book distribution, and uniform are examples of operational issues where the school lacks administration. None of their handpicked vendors follow through on their promises. The majority of the administrative operations that they promised at the time of admission were not delivered. As a result, children become the subjects of their research. In this scorching heat, my son had to spend 4 hours on a bus for a distance of 6.8 kilometres! We chose this school since it was the closest good school to my home, but we've been kicking ourselves because my son is suffering every day as a result of their inexperience.
The school administration also has a strong bias in favour of their vendors. They prefer to prioritise their own well-being over that of their kids. It's not simply the transportation aspect. It's been a week since the school opened, and even the book merchants are closed. Their uniform seller can't be reached.
Most experienced schools handle all of this before students begin attending, but not this one. Their tuition is comparable to that of well-established institutions in the city, but good education should not come at the expense of the students' safety and well-being. I hope the school investigates it since the staff and curriculum deserve a functioning school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are new to this school, at the time of admission the school was very positive about providing transportation but my kid is in the pre-primary and the service provided by the school is not at all reliable. As I result I have to drop and pick my child every day and it has become a big hassle for me. It’s been 10 days since the start of academic year, kids are coming and going but there are no identity cards given. Buses drop the kids in good faith with no security checks. As a parent, it is very scary.
We enrolled our kid seeing all the nice reviews and feedback about the school but there is a drastic difference between the reviews collected by online experience and the on ground operations.
