When you are investing in lakhs for your Home Interiors, then you should at least invest few minutes to read this completely. I am giving this review after staying more than a month in our new house. A lengthy review, but a detailed one. I have enquired with 14 Interior designers and even went to the houses they have done and spoke to the people, asked their reviews on the work done. Heard different stories from the house owners about their interior vendors. Someone's quote was very high, someone's finishing was not decent, someone has compromised the quality, someone ran away with client's money, etc., Let me tell you honestly, out of the above list, I got positive feedback for just 3 vendors. We spoke to those three vendors, one was busy for next 3 months and the next one was little arrogant and the last guy was Mr. Bilal from D3 Grand Interiors. He simply shared the details of two houses where he has done the interior work very recently. We visited both the houses and both of them were happy about the work done. We went to D3 Grand office. The way Mr. Bilal explained about his work was amazing. He explained us how the quotation goes up and down based on the quality of plywood, laminate and the design. He also explained the advantages of different type of finishing like acrylic, glossy finish, matte finish and how to choose the material and which material fits better for Kitchen/Bedroom/TV unit etc., We felt very good and we decided to go with him. After a couple of meetings from 15th Sep, we closed the deal on 9th Oct 2021 and design phase went for about 3 weeks because of the change in the design, material, Colors, etc. Implementation phase started on 8th Nov and since I had Pooja on 12th Dec, I asked him to complete everything before that. Discussions happened on daily basis and I use to get updates on my WhatsApp on the work done for that day. We did a lot of add-ons to the interiors when the work was going on. All the modifications were accepted and never argued with us in the whole process. He even helped us in bargaining the fancy lights at Chickpet and Quartz at Sarjapur Road. As promised, he completed it on 11th Dec evening. Finishing has come very smooth and we didn't see any glue/fevicol leftovers or any unfinished/sharp edges any where in the house. You won't believe me, whoever has visited our House so far, they have enquired about this guy and has taken his contact details. Everything he has shown on the 3D image has taken its shape perfectly. The highlight of my House is the Foyer space wall at the entrance which he has designed with the Russian made SILK PLASTER liquid wallpaper (Mr. Bilal is famous for it in entire Bangalore).
