★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I bought a pizza worth rs 310 . Delivery boy forget to carry sauce along with pizza. He called some to bring sauce but another boy came after 20 minutes. Pizza was totally cold . I wasted my 310 RS . After that I called to mr Anand manager of da pizza palace. He offered me more than 20 percent discount. But i ask for 50 percent cz that was not my fault. Today i went to pizza palace bought a pizza . A girl was on reception she offered me only 5 percent discount means 5-10 RS . That was disgusting. I didn’t take any discount. I paid all money. There was no value of mr ANAND’s promise. I was regular customer. Even the girl behavior was not good at all . I ll never suggest to anyone. Pizza palace thinks that they can buy a customer after giving 5-10 rs discount. Hope mr anand will read this .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Burari didn't have Dominos and Pizzahut, this place is one with pizza of good quality.
You should expect to get hot pizza delivered to your doorstep, i got it. Maybe because i live closer to this branch. But the quality of pizza is good and comparable to pizza giants, and that i am happy to say.
This is their second branch after the one in Sant Nagar region. Though you can see transformer and electric poles at the front of their branch, they are not hidden from the minds of pizza lovers in this region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery was not upto mark. I ordered 8 pizzas and they didn't give polybags to carry from outside . If polythenes are banned , then instead use paperbags , they simply hand over the 8 pizzas and even don't realise their mistake.
