Why so you may ask ? Road is like bottle neck ,only one bus can pass through hole given by at rest a small building...
Why this is on road ?
Who will remove this obstruction ?
Why traffic deptt is sitting scilent ?
Who will clear the road ?
When road will be clear for traffic ?
Reply only God Knows .....
Level of pollution and Noise is very high all the time...
