The employee designated for the particular task does not stick to his verbal commitment. Your work will keep on being extended till days which will lead to you getting frustrated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much annoying experience. I called the shop to confirm completion of job. When I visited the shop after about an hour it was still incomplete. Had to wait for half an hour. Even then it was half done. Had to again wait for another 15 minutes.

It turned out to be a total disappointment.. Big name and poor quality work.. unprofessional staff.. don’t know to do the work.
If we don’t agree with there work the staff asks to adjust.. but won’t agree thr mistakes.. they delivered broken mirror in 1st transit.. replacement has killed a lot of time.. that too sent a wrong size thickness again.. 3rd time they sent a longer mirror ?..
finally we had to adjust coz we were short of time..
a smal work has taken more than 10 days unnecessarily..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 1 star only because I got what I asked for, but had an extremely unprofessional experience dealing with these guys. Employees here are doing the owner a favor by working for them it seems.
Why am I saying this? I was made to wait for a full 45 minutes even though it was confirmed over the phone that my order was ready. Me and my wife had gone to collect the glass fixtures we had ordered. Payment was made with GST added to our bill, but they failed to give us a receipt for the same and asked us to collect it later in the week.
When we asked for the fixtures to be placed inside the car, we were told to drive it up to their warehouse door where we were made to wait for 15 minutes. I asked my wife to see what the matter with the delay was as the ongoing metro work wouldn't permit me to get out of the driving seat.
Apparently the employees had kept some of our items on the side and were casually chatting away. When confronted, the buggers kept smiling and blaming each other 'Arey terko bola na gaadi mein daal' kinda stuff. They even scratched up the backseats on which the glass sheets were kept!
To top it all, they forgot to give us some of the wall fixtures for which we had to travel back. Although these guys are located very close to where we live, we are never dealing with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed. Won’t recommend. There is lack on commitment towards work. The most important thing they are missing is valuing customer’s time. If you have loads of free time and can afford multiple follow ups and corrections then it’s the right place.
