★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold an expired pack of Betty Crocker Buttermilk pancake mix to us that had a new expiration date sticker on top of the original date. The pack was full of white worms and brown insects. Could they imagine to feed that to their own children?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whilst the selection of international and gourmet food items is decent, their quality is very poor and prices are much higher than prices for the same items at Big Bazaar or bigbasket.in. The two people at the shop who were there when I went were extremely unhelpful, disinterested (kept talking on the phone) and also making judgmental statements about the items and their quantities we asked for. Price of some frozen fruits and some vegetables and cheeses were almost double than at other places in Indore or online. To top it all, we were given a 'kacha' bill which makes us think their prices were whimsical and way of business unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one gives you so many options of imported and frozen foods in Indore like they do.. Excellent pricing, very knowledgeable owner. He would not only sell something to you but also tell you the best ways to make it while engaging you in a heart to heart conversation..
This place also has ready to eat options available and is easily accessible from the main road. A mecca for the hotel industry and chefs of the state Madhya Pradesh that is..

So the story goes:
1) I needed McCain french fries Called them to ask do they carry this product? Lady on the phone said "Only if you visit us we will provide the info". Why the heck did you care to pick up the call then.
2) Still I gave a second chance in utmost good faith. Visited them ask the old age fellow on the counter do you have McCain french fries in your stock this old fellow grumpy as heck went in brought a pack of some other brand. When confronted he went crazy and said "lena hai to bolo".
Is this what you are for ??? From that day never visited your store and gave alternate address of supplier's with better approach to all my friends, family & acquaintances......

It's quite expensive but there's no one serving or providing all of this in indore so they are enjoying the monopoly of all this.
But still it's a decent store run by a uncle who's very nice and fun to talk with.
