★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst products and worst customer service, I bought window cooler and there is leakage, I keep trying contacting there customer support and they keep saying engineer will vist,but they never do, customer support executes are also rude, they disconnect call saying will call back to u, but they never do. Most of the time I am not able to connect to customer support there number always comes busy or they do not pick. They are fooling us from more than month now. My cooler is brand new not a single day used. Never buy there products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fake company, uses low quality materials in their product, bought a cooler of this company and it’s plastic started cracking after using one month only, also making a lot of noise, totally waste of money. I bought this cooler online from Amazon, when I visited to a local shopkeeper to buy a new one, he also have Daenyx products like cooler, AC and suggest me that these are of cheap quality products, all customers complain too much, they are selling these because daenyx company give them a good commission, so do not buy any product of this brand “Daenyx”. Wrote a long review because I am very frustrated with this brand, their customer support will never respond. Daenyx is Noble group company’s brand.

One problem arise they solved but then again something happened. So go for something better. I cannot even complaint over their website because they blocked me now.
