Daha dam surrounded by 8-9 mountains it's 3 side and one side have the dam gate. The dam' s bridge will be 1500 meter.
The natural beauty of that place enhanced with mountains,deep forest .
If you want to plan for visiting the dam
So I suggest from my experience PLEASE DON'T USE GOOGLE MAP to reach daha dam it shows wrong route and divert you.
Ask frequently to the local people to reach daha
Dam.
If i Will told about the connectivity so every network work good under 2G condition.( You have to know in Odisha networks are Airtel,voda,jio, BSNL)
Road is not so good and road goes through forest areas.
