★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used their services few years back. trainee staff attended us and filled ITR incorrectly.she didn't even know that she had to take taxpayer's signature before submitting documents. After few months, we received a notice from the income tax department for resubmitting documents. I had to resend documents on my own because when I called back this company, that woman was gone, and no one else took responsibility. When i complained, the owner didn't take it seriously or apologize for his staff mistakes. Also denied to give us our Income tax account login details. Again 6 years later, I have received another notice from the income tax department for rectification for that financial year. That women have miscalculated our ITR, and seniors didn't bother to recheck. So my advice, if you want to avoid further hassle, stay away from this company. They are so unprofessional, irresponsible people. There are better CA available in the market who are more enthusiastic about working for you.
