★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at the store after being regular for past 4 yrs. They actually don't require customers instead believe the vice versa. You go for any complaints regarding product they will be aggressive on the very first go without listening to your ordeal. No decency in communication and will make you to stoop down to the level where you loose your wits. As an educated person we back tracked. Never gonna go again. Pathetic experience, rude behaviour by both the attendants/owners. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant owner and doesn't care about customers. Didn't take responsibility for bad milk pouch and his behaviour was " I don't care, do whatever you like" . Covid made him rich in this locality and now he is throwing tantrums. He must remember God is watching....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, arrogant, clumsy owner and staff. Don't have manner to talk to someone. He never have change. Will handover you more item forcibly even if you don't need it. When he has change he throws money and items on counter as someone does with a dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A store worthy of being a departmental store. They have good imported groceries and I like their stationary alot. Ground floor has mix products, 1st floor is kitchen groceries and the 2nd is clothing. Basement is stationary si pretty much one stop shop. Would definitely recommend going here for grocery shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars because of the limited parking problem. The store is located at a small roundabout / junction .9 times out of 10 someone will park behind your car and it may get stuck for 15 to 20 mins. It is risky to park further away and walk, specially if you are with a child. Seems it is best for those within walking distance of the store. I have seen the owner since his struggling days and I appreciate his will power to try to create an upmarket store . How far he succeeds remains to be seen. As a suggestion, they should try to stock and promote healthy food as compared to snacks, etc. Internal lighting is good, although the flooring is slippery so the elderly should take care. Bringing your own shopping bag is helpful. The billing counter staff handle the transactions with decent speed. I wish them the best. To handle the increase in customers they could probably focus more on efficient home delivery.
