★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a must visit place if you are in Vadodara, good food and most importantly good tea. If you are a tea lover then you should definitely visit this place. A place here sells amazing poha and vadapao at just rupees 20. Communication wise it's quite convenient.

However the staff and the system used seems quite outdated. I had asked for a mix scoop once with two flavors in a cone -most places now do this-and the staff was unable to do this simple thing. Seems like they have a very rigid system in place allowing no room for customization, in todays day esp w the food industry is very important. I hope they soon start adapting with times and allowing more leniency with their menu as the service from the staff is definitely a push off for customers

The old softies to the new generation drink, they have it all.

What was not ok was, they just show you the price on the PC and expect you to pay the sum without printing the bill. They would then pocket the GST and all taxes, while also not report it in the accounts. This is not expected from an establishment like dairy den. I insisted for a bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a wide range of icecreams, shakes and smoothies available. Many of them is not available. Dairy Den staff is cold, uninterested people. When asked to give a recommendation, they don't recommend. Apart from the icecream and shakes quality is consistent good. Staff should be changed with young and dynamic people. Ambience is also good but usually crowded after evenings.
