★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with Daiwa from its installation team. First the number is shown is not reachable unless you call more than 100 times .. and by mistake if then pick your call.. they're not ready to install your TV..
I purchased my TV on Diwali and it's still pending to install... Very bad service from Daiwa..I was not expecting

For every one's knowledge there is a hidden clause that there is no warranty on accessories supplied so if your remote stops working immediately after delivery then like in my case you won't be covered and this TV would become piece of junk. So please refrain from buying this Indian product on Chinese warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased TV but after some time it stopped working then I contacted to daiwa on 23 March 2019 they send service engineer after 7 days and he told me that TV panel is damaged need to replace it and u can't believe they took 40 days to come up with TV panel and then said panel is ok pcb is burnt and it will take 3-4 days to replace but after 10 days when I called them they said there is no warranty on pcb i shocked because at the time of purchase @paytmmall clearly mentioned that one year manufacturer warranty even daiwa company did not mentioned anywhere that pcb is not covered under warranty.. Then they denied to service and ask me to pay advance payment of rs 4000 and I have no choice then I paid in advance for the service of product which was under warranty and after that they took 10 day to repair TV. So guys don't buy a single product of this company they are misleading to the consumer and service is worstest I have ever used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 55 inch full HD LED smart TV from Diawa(Videotex India) recently. Via Paytm Mall in 33K after all cashback and offer.
Pros:-
1. Superb picture quality.
2. Fast installation
3. Fantastic sourounding sound.
I have one Sony 40 inch Full HD smart LED TV which cost me 55K a year back by comparing the picture and sound I can simply say Videotex is doing great in this industry my all future TV will be gona for same brand. If they gona provide the best customer service too(Which I didn't tested yet but also don't want to test).
Cons:-
1. Direct Dolby sound over HDMI not supported which is expected in Full HD TV but even in stereo sound quality is superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I baught D32S7B on 22nd April but after installation, I open my Remote from packing, I didn't get battery so I purchased battery and after that I had configured Alexa but my alexa was not working. I raised a complaint to service center after some time Engineer visited for me and said present firmware version in tv doesn't support alexa, have to upgrade it, but i was shocked how is it possible than I called to Daiwa Sevice team Delhi they told me to plug in alexa dongle. But even I didn't get battery and dongle. Now I need dongle for alexa. What should I do?
