I have been in banglore for more than 5 years and have tested dosa from lot of South indian restaurants.
I got the same test after a lot of time.
Even though there was only half restorant preparation of food took a lot of time. Be prepared to seat for a while for getting your order served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to taste authentic south Indian food, Dakshination is the place for you. I visited for having my brunch. I ordered boondi chatt for my starters, lemon rice and vada sambhar along with masala dosa for my main course. I found the taste to be awesome. The place is a bit costly, but worth the money. I also tried filter coffee which is a must try. It is located in a complex and so one can get ample of parking space. The restaurant does accept cash, card and online payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the only place for authentic South Indian cuisine in Gandhinagar. I only wish that they replace their water tumblers. Glass tumblers are not very costly. The floor manager should drink water in those tumblers and feel that the plastic tumblers are not just pathetic to look at. They stink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic south Indian taste. One of the best place for south Indian cuisine in Gandhinagar. Decent, simple yet beautiful interior. We tried Mysuru masala roast dosai, Ghee masala roast dosai & tomato uttapam. All the dishes were delicious but I loved the taste of their Sambar the most.
