As first time parents we were very anxious & filled with questions, every time we went to Dalal Nursing Home we have been answered & showed the right way.
she made us understand that she will do what is best for my wife & the baby.
We have been blessed with a baby boy Ruhaan on 18th jan 2021 with a C Section surgery.
I am filled with absolute gratitude as we were blessed to have the most amazing doctor one can have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most loving, caring and supportive gyneacs in Nagpur city. Ruxana ma'am protected, guided and helped me all through my pregnancy and the delivery of my baby. She stood by me staunchly every inch of the way and made sure my baby and I are well taken care of. The staff is also very helpful and cordial. Overall, it was a smooth, seamless and wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All through the 9 months of my pregnancy I had lots of complications, bleeding issues, thyroid, High BP, low level placental and had to undergo emergency C-Section, but during this difficult time Dr. Ruxana and Dr. Ayesha guided me really well made sure I got the correct treatment and preventive measures were taken to avoid any other complications. I was really nervous during this entire period, but only cause of Ma'am being there and her immense knowledge and experience I could relax and get things done smoothly. I completely trusted her and had no doubts about anything. She was more like a mom to me and stood there like a pillar!
Even the hospital nurses are very kind and hospitable. Rooms are very spacious and homely. Will definitely recommend everyone to get treated under Dr. Ruxana. Overall had an amazing experience at Dalal Nursing. I had a really quick recovery and could get back to my normal routine within a month. Thank you Ma'am for your guidance and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Master is a very experienced and expert doctor. I know her for 18 yrs. Recently I was admitted in Dalal nursing home for hysterectomy and I am completely satisfied with the treatment and guidance given by Dr Master. I also appreciate the cleanliness and hygiene maintained by staff specially during the pandemic .Thankyou so much ma'am for being there for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Master is one of the best gynecologists in Nagpur.I had so many complications in my pregnancy so I wanted a experienced and most important a doctor to whom I can trust blindly.Dr.took care of me like a "MOTHER".She was very strict as she doesn't wanted more complication in my pregnancy. she was very much caring too.After delivery also I had many complications...some thing or other happens to my health but Dr was available for me 24 hrs She used to visit me 3-4 times even late night she used to come and asked me about my health.This made me believe more that I am in safer hand.She doesnot talk much .She talk point to point but she has crystal clear clarity of thoughts I still feel her "Mother touch "on my head and her words when I was feeling very low after my c section.She talk very positive and made me believe that I would be fine if I believe.She understand you and your emotions for your family.That was the most heart touching experience for me.
The doctors and staff are very good ,caring and supportive.The hospital is well managed considering COVID situation.Specially managed under Mam .She personally take care of hygiene and other small things.
Dr Master is the life changing and life saving experience for me.We are the biggest fan of her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is one doctor who my family- both my parents, my husband, my in-laws trust implicitly, it's Dr.Ruxana Dalal. Not only my children, my sister's, my sister in law's children have been born here, but so have all of us, ourselves been delivered under her supervision! That's over 10 babies in our family alone spanning 40 plus years of delivering them :) She is the most experienced gynaecologist of this city and takes care of you like she would of her own children. Even if she is strict, you know it is for your own good and your child's, just like a mother is ! I've called her at 8 in the morning to 10 in the night, but she is always there for you. My experience in the hospital has also been nothing short of excellent. The nurses, staff and attending doctors take impeccable post natal care of you, the rooms are cleaned and sanitised round the clock and Dr. Dalal personally takes care at every step pre, during and post surgery ( I had a c-section). Even after coming home, Dr. Dalal called and followed up herself with me about my recovery. Not only us, but my friend who had a complicated pregnancy said no other doctor could've been better for her and my cousin's from Delhi said they wished they had more such doctors in their city who are personally invested in their patient's care and not commercial like they are in big cities. There is no other gynaec, I or generations in my family would ever consult other than her and I'm sure all of them have the exact same opinion :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second baby delivered at Dalal Nursing home on 1st November. And it was the same professional and wonderful experience as at the time of our 1st baby.
The fact that it was the time of Diwali Holidays - that didn't make any difference in the professionalism of Dr. Ruxana Master or the staff. We got discharged on Diwali i.e. 4th November. The same dedication and proficiency that we had experienced the 1st time - had not changed.
Yes, Ruxana ma'am is strict - but that should not be taken personally (which some people do and are unable to take advantage of her vast experience - in the patient's own interest)!!
In my opinion - that strictness is for the mother and child's well-being. And I for one - appreciate that more about her. Her entire team of doctors which is present during the delivery, made my wife comfortable and at ease - which greatly helps in reducing the anxiety which any mother-to-be would feel. Overall, me and my wife have nothing to complain with our experience!!
Me and my wife are thankful to her, her team and the entire setup - for giving us 2 healthy babies!!
