★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice restaurant with amazing ambience, tasty dishes and polite staffs in Balasore. But there is one small negative point. It had no pos machine or UPI facility for payment. I hope the Restaurant admin will look into this matter.

Prompt service and polite staff. We were served a complimentary full chicken dopiaza just because we were not correctly informed by the staff about the quantity.
Definite go to place in Balasore.

The service was really bad as they brought in starters which were already cold(Less staff and more customer to handle but the behaviour of the staff was good).The special item of the restaurant Chicken 555 and Dragon Chicken was utter nonsense and even the Chandni had a smell. The Soup had a layer of oil.Garlic Chicken & Chicken Hyderabadi is really good over here. The quantity is also very less as we ordered 5 plates of gravy items for 8 people and still it didn't apt for us excluding the starters.Even though we made our reservation we had to wait for 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides Interior design and ambience the taste of food is not at all satisfactory. First of all In my experience the starter was good which was American Corn & Chicken Lolipop, but in main course I had the worst Chicken Hyderabadi and Chicken Afgani ever. The Chicken Hyderabadi with curry leaves tastes like some Mandir Prashad and the tiny 4 chicken pieces coated with cornflour powered makes it even more worse,still thinking who the hell gave them the idea to use such chicken in that dish?
The next dish was chicken Afgani which had also a thik layer of cornflour coating on chicken pieces, destroying the whole taste of the dish. I don't understand the love for cornflour here.Quantity is the 2nd thing 1st of all Dear 'Dalchini' if you are reading this please keep originality of dishes. Don't ruin it adding cornflour and curry leaves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is great here. But, the place is very congested. The tables are so small that it can fit maximum 2 dishes and your plate. Also, the attendants need to improvise their presentation. Most of the time you cannot find them in your direct vision. Either they talk to someone over their phone near the washroom or they stay somewhere inside. There is no warm welcome. Good part is they serve you food. Dining experience is poor here but food is great, so, I think take away or hoke delivery would be great!!
