★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okiesh. Bamboo mutton, Mashroom dish are good to taste. I didn’t like the thali system as vegetables are missing in those. I am from Mumbai side and if we take thali anywhere in Maharashtra the they have many vegetables included in thali but Odisha thali includes rice, Dalma, Karela Bhaja, sweet rice and pinch of methi ki sabji which disappointing. It’s very difficult to finish whole thali without any sabji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At one point of time, Dalma was the highly preferred destination as a family restaurant.
God knows what has happened, I assume its arrogance of past success may be or over confidence, I witnessed my worst experience at Dalma.
Very high price, quantity of served food is very less, quality nothing as such to travel with a high expectation.
As you can see in pic, rotten potatoes were used in the curry, when respectfully complained with caution, I didn't see anyone has any interest of hearing customer issues and resolving it.
It was disheartening for me, as it was one of my preferred destination for food.
Very disappointed with Dalma for this behaviour and quality of food served.

In the photo you can see a pokhala thali along with dahi baigan bought separately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Odia food. Claims to be the first Odia restaurant in India. We had a prawn thali, a crab thali and the special veg thali. The crab thali was disappointing but the others were very good.
Unfortunately they didn't have ice or soda.
Would recommend.
