★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not co-operative: Staff don't want to show products after 8pm, sales close at 8.30pm.
Management insensitive: bough product, submitted to alteration counter, delivery was promised on 9th March but shop was closed at 6pm on 9th March. This dalmiya bazar spoiled my HOLI Festival.

Its a good place to shop if you are looking for branded items as most of the brands are available under one roof.
Though the local brands clothes at this mall have a really awful quality.Purchased a couple of shorts here of local brand ,which i was told were good,lasted only a couple months.Avoid the local brands at this mall if you can
