★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are owners at Maple in Mahavir kalpavruksha.the society is yet to be formed after three years of possession and the maintenance and housekeeping is being managed by the builder through their facility manager who is a highly rude and incompetent lady. I regret purchasing a flat here and would not recommend it to anyone as any maintenance issue takes ages to get resolved and on following up you get no resolution.managing five buildings seems to be such a challenge ,I wonder what the state of affairs will be when the new towers come up

I personally have issues with sales but customer relationship team is not bothered about it and tells to contact sales person only for issues. Manager of customer service is not bothered of what and how sales team tries to sell the flat.
Don’t Buy recommendation.
